Lindsay’s goal is to help guide patients to optimal health, focusing on rehabilitation, injury prevention and patient independence. Lindsay has helped develop a Nordic Pole Walking class for the Halton Diabetes program in hopes to increase fitness levels, maintain healthy blood sugar levels, and decrease the use of medication. Lindsay instructs a “Fit For Life” exercise program designed for seniors to strengthen all major muscle groups, which help with balance, coordination, and activities of daily living.
In her down time you will find Lindsay practicing Yoga, hiking, and playing beach volleyball.
