The 2000 Sq. Ft. State-of-the-Art Gymnasium allows qualified staff to focus on providing the most current evidence based treatment in a facility that offers physiotherapy , Massage Therapy and Chiropractic Care treatment that will maximize your recovery and wellness.
Rehabilitation is specialized training dedicated to improve, maintain and restore physical strength and mobility. Gym-based rehabilitation programs can assist the recovery of many injuries and post-operative conditions, and, if commenced soon commenced soon after injury or surgery, can reduce recovery time, pain and impairment levels.
Utilizing gym, endurance and cardio equipment and floor exercises allows for the rehabilitation of injuries and the ability to maximize functional training as well as work conditioning and hardening. An individualized gym program is perfect for those who want to recover from an injury or illness (managing chronic disease and pain) and those wishing to meet specific rehabilitation goals, such as improving posture, strength, or simply to keep active in a fun and energetic environment.
With 45 treatment Bays, Work-Fit Total Therapy Centre is able help a great deal of patients on a daily basis to get better and stay better.
